Skin Cancer
Skin cancer is the most commonly diagnosed malignancy. Basal cell carcinoma is the most common and, fortunately, the most easily treated. Squamous cell, the next most common is also usually easy treated, although it is known to be more aggressive. Melanoma, the most dangerous, has been on the rise for decades and often develops in younger patients. Excision completely removes the tumor, and, particularly in the case of melanoma, can help dictate what additional treatment, if any, is needed.
